Guardian Pool Fence Systems has been shipping its products internationally since 1997, when we published our first web site on the Internet.

Today, Guardian has a distributor in France responsible for all of the European Union. We were contacted by Mr. Rupert Scott in 2004 because France had just passed a law requiring all pools in the entire country to be protected by various appliances listed and certified by the government. These appliances had to pass stringent testing in order to qualify for the French requirements. Once Mr. Scott and his company became dealers and completed our installation training program, Guardian Pool Fence Systems submitted their products to meet the French regulations.

Our fence and gate were tested by the LNE testing laboratory. Guardian’s fence and gate system has passed this very rigorous tests are now certified to meet the French regulations for swimming pool enclosures. France is the first (and only) country we are aware of to pass a federal law requiring specific safety products designed to prevent pool drownings.

We now ship our products all over the world. We have dealers trained in our installation process in various countries as far away as Lebanon, Mexico, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Britain, Portugal and Switzerland, Columbia, Canada and the Canary Islands.
